Stormshield, the leading French publisher and European reference player in cybersecurity, is seeking a Sales Assistant to support field sales teams in France and beyond. You will help maintain renewal databases, coordinate actions with other sales teams, and explore upgrade or cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the sales force.

Join an Inside Sales team of 4 and contribute to revenue protection while working in a hybrid setup with two days remote per week.

• Experience selling IT-related products.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate actions with other sales teams in France and internationally.
• Assist in consolidating renewal/license inventory databases with customers.
• Maximise the maintenance renewal rate.
• Maximise revenue by proposing all upgrade or cross-sell options, in collaboration with sales teams.
• Work in coordination with distribution-channel actors to ensure customer retention, anticipate renewals and limit churn.
• Maintain a reliable forecast and keep the CRM up to date.
• Assist with commercial reporting
