Sonepar, a world leader in electrical equipment distribution, seeks a Deployment Manager to drive Spark adoption across OpCos and to orchestrate transformation programs from initiation to post-go-live stabilization.

In a multicultural, agile environment in Paris, you will align business and IT, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage risks, and deliver measurable value while guiding leadership through change and adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transformation or large-scale programs.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence both business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience in multicultural, agile environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assess and prepare OpCos for transformation.
• Define and execute transformation roadmaps with clear objectives and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Product, Integration, Data, Change Management, Training, and more.
• Lead stakeholder communication with OpCos and leadership teams.
• Ensure successful post-go-live transition and handover to operational support.
