Job summary

Youtrust is building a European digital trust platform used by thousands of businesses through our app and API. You will join one of our autonomous squads, owning build and run tasks while keeping things simple, secure, and scalable.

We expect strong PHP/Symfony experience, fluency in English, and a mindset of mentorship and teamwork on a multi-tenant, multi-country product with Agile practices. Paris-based, with hybrid work options and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Solid experience building product-focused software
• Back-end development with PHP and a framework (Symfony/Laravel)
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and ORM
• Familiarity with CI/CD and testing practices
• Comfort using AI coding tools like Claude/Codex in daily workflow

Responsibilities

• Design and build features with your squad toward clear objectives
• Propose technical designs documented as Architecture Decision Records
• Maintain high code quality with patterns, tests, and refactoring
• Ensure observability, performance and security in production
• Collaborate using AI tools for faster, higher-quality code
