Customs Support Group (CSG) seeks an AI Engineer to lead development and customization of the market AI stack. You will design, test and deploy practical agentic AI solutions on top of foundation models for document understanding, classification and retrieval, with attention to compliance and governance.

You will work closely with Operations, Transformation, IT and Group teams to translate business needs into scalable, trusted AI-enabled processes across customs declarations and related

Qualifications

• 1–2 years AI engineering, software engineering or intelligent automation, with user-facing AI features.
• Strong Python and SQL, with production code ownership, not merely familiarity.
• Experience integrating large language models into production systems with retrieval or structured output.
• Practical experience with at least one major cloud AI platform (Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex).
• Solid backend fundamentals: APIs, data pipelines, testing, CI/CD. English fluency.

Responsabilités

• Develop and customise AI solutions from prototype to production ownership.
• Design, test and implement practical, compliant agentic AI solutions on top of existing models.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT and Group teams to turn business needs into scalable solutions.
• Monitor performance, cost, latency and business impact; ensure governance alignment.
