Pluxee France SA is seeking an Account Manager F/H to develop and manage its client portfolio from Aix-en-Provence. You will listen to client needs, propose and negotiate solutions, and drive profitability across contracts.

You will work within a hybrid structure, coordinating with teams and leveraging digital tools to expand market reach and maximize opportunities. The role emphasizes collaboration, initiative, and impact on business growth.

Responsabilités

• Develop the influence network within the assigned client portfolio.
• Develop directly and indirectly the complete Pluxee offer for the clients.
• Listen to and diagnose clients’ expectations and needs.
• Sell and negotiate solutions that meet identified needs.
• Retain and grow the client portfolio.
• Apply the company’s commercial policy.
• Increase the profitability of assigned contracts and reach maximum potential.
• Detect new sales opportunities, including cross‑selling.
• Design, pilot, and implement market‑adapted and profitable solutions for the company.
