Trone Rental Properties is seeking skilled HVAC-R Technicians and motivated Apprentices to join our expanding team. We offer full-time positions servicing commercial and residential facilities in Hanover, PA, and surrounding areas.

We are looking for individuals who are ambitious, energetic, and possess excellent communication skills. Ideal candidates will have a positive, \"can-do\" attitude and a passion for the HVAC-R trade. We value team members who take pride in their work, are eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and replace a variety of HVAC systems, including heat pumps, forced air, A/C, gas systems, PTACs, mini-splits, boilers, and rooftop units.


• Perform basic electrical and plumbing tasks related to HVAC-R and appliance systems.


• Install and maintain appliances, including water heaters, refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, washers, and dryers.


• Respond to residential and commercial tenant service calls.


• Perform full installations of HVAC-R systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• EPA Certification (Technician positions).


• Ability to lift 60+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.


• Ability to climb ladders.


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.


• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts.


• Multiple work locations.

Benefits

Competitive Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour.
