What You’ll Be Doing

As a Residential HVAC Installation Lead Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to our valued customers:

• Respond to residential HVAC installation calls promptly and professionally.
• Install HVAC systems in residential homes with precision and care.
• Resolve customer requests and issues with expertise and a smile.
• Promote our brand and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Provide expert solutions and options to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

We want a skilled HVAC expert who takes pride in their craft and values exceptional customer service:

• Journeyman license required.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Experience and Education

• Residential HVAC installation experience is a must!
