Human Resources - Senior HR Business Partner Job, Paris

JD.COM is seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Paris. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders and frontline managers, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational goals and develop HR strategies that enhance performance, productivity, and employee engagement.
  2. Workforce Planning: Support headcount planning, recruitment, and talent pipeline development aligned with business needs.
  3. Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee issues, performance management, conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  4. Performance & Talent Management: Lead performance review cycles, identify high-potential talent, and support leadership development initiatives.
  5. Change Management: Assist with organizational changes such as restructures, expansions, and process improvements.
  6. Data & Reporting: Manage HR data and reporting to inform decision-making.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, HR best practices, and workforce management in operational settings.
  • Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and manage HR projects independently.
  • Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are highly preferred.
