Human Resources Officer (Recruitment) - Bali

Daewoong Pharmaceutical Company Indonesia is a shared service company within Daewoong Company in Indonesia that handles Daewoong's business unit all over Indonesia (Bali placement). This position aims to provide HR services including Talent Programs and HR Operation matters.

Responsibilities:

[HR Strategy and Planning]

  1. Collaborate with senior management to forecast workforce needs and create staffing plans.

[Recruitment and Onboarding]

  1. Planning and executing recruitment strategies: Identifying staffing needs, developing recruitment plans, and setting hiring targets.
  2. Sourcing and attracting candidates: Manage various methods, including job boards, job portals, social media, networking, head hunters, and employee referrals.
  3. Managing the recruitment process: Manage the process of screening applications, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  4. Onboarding new hires: Providing support and guidance to new employees.
  5. Maintaining accurate records: Managing candidate data, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  6. Advise on HR policies and procedures: Providing guidance to managers and employees on staffing matters, such as recruitment, selection, and termination.
  7. Participate in selection and examination boards: Evaluating candidates' qualifications and skills to ensure the best fit for the position.
  8. Prepare job offers and contracts: Drafting job offers, negotiating salaries, and finalizing employment contracts.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
  2. Strong understanding and experience in Recruitment, Indonesian labor laws, and regulations.
  3. Excellent situational leadership and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Korean language is a plus.
  6. Experience in the hospitality or healthcare industry is a plus.
  7. High sense of urgency and agility and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  8. Familiarity with the local business environment in Bali.
  9. Will be based in Bali.
