About the Role:
We are seeking an HR Manager to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing hub in Strasbourg on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As the key HR partner on-site, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance with French labour regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic HR partner to the site leadership team, providing expert advice on HR policies, workforce planning, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with French labour laws, industry regulations, and company HR policies.
Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
