PT Arkurb Asia Group is seeking an experienced and trustworthy Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR operations across our organization.
As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for building, structuring, and managing a strong workforce for multiple construction sites and office departments. Your role is to ensure that the right people are in the right positions, and that our teams are motivated, compliant, and aligned with our company culture.
This role is hands-on, strategic, and essential to the growth of our business.
Recruiting, onboarding, and evaluating workers across all departments (site and office).
Implementing clear job descriptions, evaluation systems, and career pathways.
Managing employee contracts, time-tracking, attendance, and leave records.
Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
Monitoring site discipline, conflict resolution, and HR documentation.
Organizing internal training and team development initiatives.
Creating HR reports, salary grids, and workforce forecasts for management.
Supporting leadership in building a strong and professional work culture.
5+ years’ experience in HR management, ideally in construction, real estate, or industrial sectors.
Excellent understanding of Indonesian labor law, contracts, and compliance procedures.
Strong organizational and communication skills – both with workers and executives.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken).
Ability to work independently with integrity and accountability.
Knowledge of HR tools and systems (Excel, HRIS, Google Workspace, etc.).
High level of confidentiality, empathy, and firmness when needed.
Previous HR experience in a fast-growing company or multi-site organization.
Background in psychology, law, or industrial relations.
Experience dealing with site workers, foremen, and administrative teams.
