Le candidat idéal aura une expérience significative dans des environnements internationaux, une maîtrise du droit du travail français, et une forte capacité à travailler en partenariat avec la direction.
As HR Manager you will play a key role in defining and implementing the HR strategy in France and across a European scope. You will manage a small HR team and work closely with international HR teams.
Your main responsibilities :
Lead the local HR strategy in alignment with business and regulatory objectives.
