A leading real estate company in Indonesia seeks an experienced HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and manage talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR experience, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws. They will oversee payroll, employee relations, and performance management. This role is essential for fostering a productive work environment.
Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, systems, and policies aligned with Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and company objectives.
Ensure strict compliance with all Indonesian employment regulations (contracts, working hours, termination, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, reporting, etc.).
Report to senior management and provide strategic HR insights and decision support.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for all positions.
Develop and manage effective onboarding programs for new hires.
Develop, implement, and manage the company's performance management system (goal setting, reviews, feedback, PIPs).
Compensation, Benefits & Operations:
Manage payroll processing, employee absences, and overtime administration accurately and timely.
Administer and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs, including BPJS schemes.
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the company’s employee database (ConnecTeam).
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, effectively addressing concerns, grievances, and fostering positive communication.
Proactively manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and dispute resolution in line with Indonesian regulations.
Facilitate feedback discussions and maintain open communication channels.
Develop initiatives to nurture and maintain a positive, productive working environment.
Team Oversight:
Provide supervision, guidance, and development support to the existing Junior HR personnel.
Oversee relevant activities performed by the Administration team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 yearsof progressive experience in Human Resources,with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory, specialist, or generalist role with significant responsibility.
Demonstrated knowledge and practical experiencein all core HR functions: Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations (including Indonesian labor law), and Employee Development.
Proven understanding of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan)and experience ensuring compliance.
Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) or databases (experience with ConnecTeam is a plus).
Confident, articulate, and professional communication skills.
Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written) and English (spoken & written)is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and facilitate discussions effectively with individuals and groups at all levels.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
