Responsibilities
  1. Manage all aspects of HR functions to ensure the overall implementation and effectiveness of HR programs in alignment with Hong Kong Headquarters standards and directions, including maintaining human resource records, company organization charts, and more.
  2. Serve as HR interface with the Hong Kong Headquarters and the region’s employees regarding daily HR operations and issues such as recruiting, salary administration, HR filing and records, communicating and disseminating Headquarters HR information, and employee relations.
  3. Design and implement HR policies & procedures in compliance with local requirements and the company’s overseas business and HR strategies.
  4. Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
  5. Develop and maintain HR reports and records regularly.
  6. Maintain compliance with local employment laws, benefits, and regulations.
  7. Organize and supervise all administrative activities facilitating the smooth running of the office.
  8. Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  1. Degree holder or above.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  3. Solid HR experience supporting the Europe area is highly preferred.
  4. Hands-on experience with MS Office.
  5. Strong sense of responsibility with excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Willingness to take initiative.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills, highly cooperative, and willing to engage with people at all levels.
  8. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  9. Strong team player capable of aligning and working with Headquarters.
