Job summary

Antolin is seeking an HR Manager for the Cambrai and Hénin-Beaumont sites to lead the HR team and align people initiatives with business goals. You will partner with plant leadership to drive recruitment, development, and employee relations across both factories.

You will ensure GDPR compliance, manage payroll processes, and support engagement surveys while upholding the company values and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Experience managing HR in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of French labour law and employee relations.
• Experience working with employee representative bodies and social dialogue processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
• Experience in recruitment, talent development and performance management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring and reporting HR KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR team across two manufacturing sites in Cambrai and Hénin-Beaumont.

• Manage relationships with employee representatives and coordinate meetings.
• Analyse, monitor and report HR KPIs to support business performance.
• Support employee relations, discipline processes and litigation follow-up.
• Deploy Group HR initiatives including HRIS projects and HR policies.
• Guide managers on people-related matters and oversee onboarding and recruitment.
• Coordinate payroll, time management and personnel administration activities.
• Collaborate with HSE teams to promote health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Drive internal communications and group engagement initiatives.

Your Mission

As HR Manager for our Cambrai and Hénin-Beaumont facilities, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting business performance across both sites. Working closely with plant leadership and the wider HR team, you will drive people initiatives, employee relations, talent development, compliance and organisational effectiveness. Your mission is to create a positive and high-performing workplace culture while ensuring alignment with Antolin's values, policies and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the HR team across both manufacturing sites.
• Partner with Plant Directors and leadership teams as a trusted HR advisor.
• Manage relationships with employee representatives and coordinate CSE meetings.
• Analyse, monitor and report HR KPIs to support business performance.
• Support and manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes and litigation follow-up.
• Deploy Group HR initiatives, including HRIS projects and HR policies.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on people-related matters.
• Lead recruitment activities to attract and retain talent.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Manage relationships with temporary labour providers and external recruitment partners.
• Coordinate the annual performance management process.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and Group engagement surveys.
• Identify training needs, develop training plans and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with site HSE teams to promote health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Drive internal communications and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and adherence to employment regulations.
• Supervise payroll, time management and personnel administration activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Manage relationships with benefits providers, insurers and public administration bodies.

What you'll bring

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Proven HR management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of French labour law and employee relations.
• Experience working with employee representative bodies and social dialogue processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities across more than one site.
• Fluency in French and a good level of English would be advantageous.
