A global leader in secure identity and manufacturing innovation is seeking an HRIS Lead to shape and develop the HRIS landscape. You will lead key HRIS campaigns and drive projects across Talent and Learning. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of HRIS project experience, is familiar with SAP SuccessFactors or WorkDay, and possesses excellent communication skills. This position is based in Paris, France, and offers flexibility in working arrangements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience leading end-to-end HRIS projects in an international environment.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or WorkDay.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes: Performance Management, Compensation, Talent, and Learning.

Responsabilités

An exciting opportunity for an HRIS Lead has arisen with a global leader in secure identity and manufacturing innovation.

As an HRIS Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and developing the HRIS landscape across a large global perimeter. Reporting to the HRIS Director, you will independently lead the preparation and delivery of key HRIS campaigns, including Performance and Compensation, and drive innovative projects across Talent, AI, Learning and more. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-impact solutions that enhance employee experience and HR operational excellence.

On-site working would be preferred, though can be flexible.

Experience of the HRIS Lead will include :

  • 5+ years of proven experience leading end-to-end HRIS projects in an international environment
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or WorkDay
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes : Performance Management, Compensation, Talent, and Learning
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
  • Fluent English
