First Missions
  • Get up to speed with HR processes in the company (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, etc.)
  • Take charge of the recruitment process and communication with partners
  • Scale and improve onboarding and HR operations
  • Develop HR policies and processes
Responsibilities
  • Oversee HR tools and systems related to recruitment, supporting international employees, onboarding, payroll, and employee records
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and the integration of new hires
  • Take charge of internal HR policies and employee engagement initiatives
  • Support projects related to workforce planning, office transitions, and organizational development

Requirements

  • HR, communication, French law, and administrative skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Rigorous approach to problem solving
  • Fluency in French and English

Total salary package begins at €55,000, along with additional performance-based and project-related bonuses.
