Qualifications

Your Mission

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead and scale our people function as we grow from 50 to 200 employees. You will play a key role in designing and executing scalable HR strategies that support growth, culture, career development, and operational excellence across the organization.

In this high-impact role, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment to onboarding, career development, compensation, mental health, and retention — while building a strong, inclusive company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership : Build and execute an HR roadmap aligned with our scale-up objectives (from 50 to 200+ employees).
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding : Lead our hiring strategy and ensure a smooth, structured onboarding process that accelerates ramp-up and engagement.
  • Career Development & Skills Management : Implement upskilling frameworks, career paths, and performance review processes that empower teams to grow.
  • Culture & Mental Wellbeing : Strengthen our high performance culture and ensure we provide a healthy, inclusive, and safe workplace.
  • Compensation & Benefits : Design and manage competitive compensation structures, including performance-based variable pay and benefits packages.
  • Compliance & HR Operations : Ensure compliance with employment laws and implement HR processes that scale globally.
  • HR Tools & Analytics : Optimize HR systems and dashboards to track key people metrics and provide strategic insights to leadership.

About You - Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, with at least 3 years as a Head of People or HR Director in a fast-growing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling a company from 50 to 200+ employees.
  • Strong background in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, variable compensation, and career development.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain a culture of excellence and high performance.
  • Fluent in both English and French with excellent communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with modern HR tools and performance tracking.
