Your Mission
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead and scale our people function as we grow from 50 to 200 employees. You will play a key role in designing and executing scalable HR strategies that support growth, culture, career development, and operational excellence across the organization.
In this high-impact role, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment to onboarding, career development, compensation, mental health, and retention — while building a strong, inclusive company culture.
