Location : Saint-Laurent – hybrid

Salary : $60K to $62K per year

Who we would love to meet :

• Fluent bilingualism to effectively communicate and provide support to employees beyond the Quebec region
• Minimum education of a DEC in Human Resources field or higher education
• At least 1-2 years experience in Human Resources Coordinator or Human Resources Assistant (experience with payroll is an asset)
• Highly ambitious, proactive go-getter, adept communicator, and enthusiastically committed to continuous learning and growth
• Knowledge of Quebec Labor Standards

Main Responsibilities :

• Facilitating seamless onboarding experiences for new hires
• Crafting and strategically posting job advertisements
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Methodically tracking employee training progress
• Precisely inputting employee information into ADP for insurance benefits
• Providing timely responses to employee inquiries
• Collaborating on and executing special projects
• Contributing to the planning and execution of diverse social activities
• Serving as a reliable backup resource for the HR team
• Undertaking various related tasks as needed
