Bedrock is seeking a HR Business Partner to support our Tech department as it continues to grow and evolve. As part of the HR team, you’ll work closely with managers and employees in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where innovation and agility go hand in hand.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As HR Business Partner you will:

  • As the primary HR point of contact for our Tech teams (around 160 employees), you’ll play an operational role across all areas of the employee experience.
  • Represent the HR function within your scope and bring HR policies to life with clarity and impact.
  • Advise and support managers on all HR matters: recruitment, organization, performance, compensation reviews, annual reviews, training, etc.
  • Provide day-to-day support to employees and guide them throughout their career path with a strong focus on listening and responsiveness.
  • Manage disciplinary actions and offboarding processes in coordination with the Legal team.
  • Deliver and analyze HR reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives such as talent development, inclusion, or organizational design, depending on business needs.
  • Proven experience +8 years- as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a Tech , Digital or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals and labor regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: you know how to build trust, listen actively, and influence stakeholders with impact.
  • A sharp sense of judgment, autonomy, and the ability to manage priorities with structure and clarity.
  • A business-oriented mindset combined with agility and pragmatism in your approach to HR topics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech environment
