Are you an enthusiastic HR professional with lots of energy and a positive attitude? Then we are looking forward to receiving your application. For our Cosfibel Premium Company in France, we are looking for a HR Business Partner (m / f / d) with experience within a mid-sized international organization.

This is the role

As the HR Business Partner for France, you will be the point of contact for HR topics within the company. Working with our HR Director, you will ensure that our HR strategy is implemented by working closely with the business and translating commercial concerns into people initiatives. You will build solid relationships with key stakeholders in France, as well as the global organization and be interested in taking on projects when needed.

Your Main Missions

  1. Your objective will be to promote and offer HR initiatives and build trust with employees in order to create unity and a company culture.
  2. Support our HR Director in the implementation of the HR strategy and programs, the targeted development of modern HR initiatives and all activities in the HR annual cycle.
  3. Be the point of contact and interact closely with the employees. You’ll have to create a close relationship and offer solutions and feedback to them regularly.
  4. Set HR priorities through targeted use of HR data and analytics.
  5. Support our transformation and change activities to build resilience, leadership and communication skills in the organization.
  6. Create and implement development and training plans to support business strategy and transformation and promote a learning culture.
  7. Promote employer branding activities in close coordination with the TA and marketing team.
  8. Communicate and promote news and initiatives to employees.
  9. Work closely with the HRD on the overarching HR agenda (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Leadership, Total Reward, Labor Relations, ...) and implement in the region.

Examples of projects to manage: payroll activities outsourcing, review of the compensation & benefits policy, implementation of a training plan, HR tools used and to promote…

Your Profile

  1. Master's degree in human resources, labor laws or a similar subject area.
  2. At least 5 to 8 years’ experience in a similar position.
  3. Familiar with multiple tools (SIRH, LinkedIn Pro, Lucca…).
  4. Relevant professional experience as a HR Business Partner in a multinational environment.
  5. Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and topics.
  6. Strong experience of legislation, labor laws and all HR related topics.
  7. Experience in performance management and talent development.
  8. Highly adaptable to change and to organizations under construction.
  9. Fluent in French and English.
  10. Soft skills: matrix driven, strong communication skills (written and verbal), adaptable, organized, capacity to work on multiple projects, leadership, creative.
