Location: Club Med Group, Asia (not in Australia)

Availability and International Mobility: 6 to 12 months

Certifications: Diploma in Human Resources mandatory

Language Skills: Fluent in English is mandatory

Experience Level: Computer skills required

Contract Type: 12 months contract

Package: Seasonal contract with salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objectives). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med, along with other benefits.

  • Assist the HR Manager with administrative tasks, accounting, and internal control
  • Manage staff attendance and scheduling across departments
  • Ensure accuracy and manage employee files (payroll, contracts, work permits, housing, uniforms)
  • Comply with legal and social obligations and maintain social relations
  • Assist with local recruitment
  • Be on standby during the HR Manager's absence
