A leading global packaging company is seeking an HR intern to assist with recruitment and training. This position involves personnel administration, training management, and participation in HR projects. Candidates should be Master's level students in HR with strong communication skills and proficiency in English and French. Qualifications

  • Master’s level student in HR (1st or 2nd year).
  • Ideally, having completed a previous internship in Human Resources.
  • Detail-oriented, dynamic, curious, with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and French.
  • Proficient in Excel.

Responsabilités

  • Creating administrative files for each employee and managing onboarding.
  • Acting as a liaison for employee training and managing agreements.
  • Participating in projects to improve HR processes and policies.

Position Summary

Reporting to the HR Manager of SGS & Co France, and working within a team of 4 people, this internship is designed to involve you in all ongoing HR topics, with a focus on recruitment and training.

Job Responsibilities
  • Personnel Administration : Creating administrative files for each employee, ensuring follow-up, updates, and regulatory compliance, managing onboarding and offboarding processes (Employees – Interns – Apprentices), supporting administrative management of employee life cycle (leave, illness, mobility, etc.), monitoring probation periods and contracts nearing expiration, updating employee records in HR systems, drafting contracts, amendments, and letters to staff.
  • Employee Training : Acting as a liaison between employees and training partners/providers, handling administrative follow-up for internal and external training (sending invitations, scheduling, room booking, evaluations), managing internship agreements and apprenticeship contracts.
  • Other HR Projects : Managing internal and external HR communications, monitoring HR news and developments, participating in projects to improve HR processes and policies.
