NES Fircroft is recruiting on behalf of a leading international Oil & Gas operator delivering a major multi-billion-dollar energy development programme based in France. We are seeking an experienced Head of HR Data & Campaigns to lead HR data governance, workforce reporting, and strategic HR planning initiatives across a complex organisation.

This role will manage a team of HR data specialists and partner with senior stakeholders to drive data integrity, dashboards, and impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of workforce analytics and HR planning processes.
• Proven experience leading data-driven HR initiatives in a multinational environment.

• Lead HR data governance and ensure data accuracy across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and workforce reports to support business decisions.
• Coordinate major HR campaigns including headcount forecasting and workforce planning.
• Oversee HRIS data integrity and align reporting outputs with HR systems.

• Provide senior management with structured reporting and actionable workforce insights.
