Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
- Lead, design, evaluate, analyze, and implement all Human Resources activities, including employee engagement and relations, compensation and benefits, talent and performance management, to drive the execution of short-term strategy.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management through cross-departmental partnerships regarding team member performance, management practices, human resource policies, talent management, and compensation.
- Lead a team in processing and responding to complex employee concerns, coordinating with appropriate stakeholders, and managing escalated or highly-sensitive issues.
- Guide the team in interpreting HR policies, best practices, resources, and tools to provide innovative, creative, and proactive HR solutions aligned with organizational strategies.
- Facilitate HR learning sessions on topics such as performance management, policies, talent sourcing, resource allocation, succession planning, and compensation, including presenting HR training to leadership teams.
- Analyze key HR metrics, consult with management, and develop visual communication of findings to support effective decision-making.
- Oversee and conduct investigations on workplace situations, preparing documentation for labor-related cases, focusing on issue resolution within the assigned region.
- Manage the development of HR communication materials and tools to support new processes, systems, and technology launches.
- Maintain and apply knowledge of progressive HR practices to evaluate programs, develop recommendations, and implement improvements addressing business issues.
- Communicate and reinforce the company's values, philosophies, and leadership behaviors to foster a high-performing organization.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in progressive management roles.
- Master's degree in HR or equivalent.
- Experience with Workday preferred.
- Experience managing employee representative bodies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively present information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop, mentor, coach, and lead teams.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Solid understanding of business operations and industry, demonstrating business acumen.
- Ability to take initiative and ownership, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and comprehend complex information.

Hybrid Working Organization: Must be able to work from Paris offices.
