Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
  1. Lead, design, evaluate, analyze, and implement all Human Resources activities, including employee engagement and relations, compensation and benefits, talent and performance management, to drive the execution of short-term strategy.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor to management through cross-departmental partnerships regarding team member performance, management practices, human resource policies, talent management, and compensation.
  3. Lead a team in processing and responding to complex employee concerns, coordinating with appropriate stakeholders, and managing escalated or highly-sensitive issues.
  4. Guide the team in interpreting HR policies, best practices, resources, and tools to provide innovative, creative, and proactive HR solutions aligned with organizational strategies.
  5. Facilitate HR learning sessions on topics such as performance management, policies, talent sourcing, resource allocation, succession planning, and compensation, including presenting HR training to leadership teams.
  6. Analyze key HR metrics, consult with management, and develop visual communication of findings to support effective decision-making.
  7. Oversee and conduct investigations on workplace situations, preparing documentation for labor-related cases, focusing on issue resolution within the assigned region.
  8. Manage the development of HR communication materials and tools to support new processes, systems, and technology launches.
  9. Maintain and apply knowledge of progressive HR practices to evaluate programs, develop recommendations, and implement improvements addressing business issues.
  10. Communicate and reinforce the company's values, philosophies, and leadership behaviors to foster a high-performing organization.
Candidate Profile
  1. 5+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in progressive management roles.
  2. Master's degree in HR or equivalent.
  3. Experience with Workday preferred.
  4. Experience managing employee representative bodies.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively present information to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Proven ability to develop, mentor, coach, and lead teams.
  7. Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  8. Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  9. Solid understanding of business operations and industry, demonstrating business acumen.
  10. Ability to take initiative and ownership, focusing on continuous improvement.
  11. Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
  12. Ability to analyze, interpret, and comprehend complex information.

Languages: French and English (Professional User)

Hybrid Working Organization: Must be able to work from Paris offices.
