Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Human Resources & Office Manager pour diriger l'excellence opérationnelle et RH au sein d'une équipe en télétravail. Vous serez chargé de mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour attirer et conserver les talents, gérer la paie et promouvoir la culture d'entreprise, tout en respectant la réglementation du travail français. La maîtrise des langues et des outils numériques est essentielle pour ce rôle stratégique.

Qualifications

  • Expérience prouvée en rôle RH dans une startup en phase de croissance (moins de 100 employés).
  • Expérience dans un environnement entièrement à distance ou hybride.
  • Compétence dans la gestion des processus de paie et administratifs.

  • Gérer les opérations de paie de bout en bout en collaboration avec les partenaires comptables.
