Une entreprise en pleine croissance recherche un Responsable des Ressources Humaines & Office Manager pour diriger les excellences RH et opérationnelles au sein d'une équipe entièrement à distance. Ce rôle stratégique nécessite une solide connaissance du droit du travail français et une expérience avérée en gestion des ressources humaines dans un environnement de start-up. Vous aurez la responsabilité de façonner la culture d'entreprise tout en assurant des processus RH efficaces qui évoluent avec la croissance de l'entreprise.

Qualifications

  • Bilingue français et anglais, une troisième langue est un plus.
  • Expérience prouvée en RH dans une start-up en phase de croissance.
  • Connaissance des outils et systèmes RH dans un contexte de start-up.
