RESPONSABILITIES AND FUNCTIONS
Carry out the functions and responsibilities in accordance with the provisions of the ISO 9.001 and ISO 14.001 standards.
Define, implement, and develop the HSE strategy adapted to the multi-site context, in collaboration with management and local teams.
Monitor HSE indicators and performance
Manage incident, accident, and emergency management, and coordinate corrective actions.
Develop, implement the Health and Safety Management System.
Conduct regular HSE audits, analyze risks, and implement appropriate prevention plans.
Oversee HSE document management, certifications (ISO, labels), and relations with the relevant authorities.
Train, raise awareness, and support teams in HSE best practices and safety protocols.
Act as the point of communication with occupational health (management of various occupational health centers, medical visits) in coordination with the French HR department.
Act as an ambassador for quality of life at work; Share QWL best practices and organize wellness events nationwide
Actively participate in CSSCT bodies in collaboration with the HR Department and the CSE Chair
Assist in ensuring compliance with internal regulations as well as monitoring of visits with occupational health for multi-site employees
Share best practices with other Iberdrola France HSE teams
Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure site compliance with applicable standards (safety, environment, hygiene) in coordination with local contacts.
Develop and document business processes to comply with the group's internal HSE principles.
Promote a strong and unifying safety culture, fostering employee and manager buy-in.
EXPERIENCE
You have a Master's degree in QHSE or equivalent, you ideally have at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar position, ideally in an international environment.
You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy supporting, training, and raising awareness among diverse audiences. Your teaching skills and our listening skills make you a natural and approachable resource.
