Qualifications

• Several years of experience in HSE documentation writing and validation.
• Experience in petrochemical units is essential.

Responsabilités

• Develop HSE documentation for operation and maintenance of petrochemical units.
• Act as the HSE main lead for the O&M development project.

Description du poste

The HSE Engineer shall be the key reference for all topics with regards to health, safety, security and environment as part of a operation and maintenance contract development.

Therefore, he / she will

1. Develop all the HSE documentation required as part of the operation and maintenance of a new petrochemical unit: HSE Training, Audit, Incident investigation, Permit to work, Statistics / KPI, Emergency manuals, Access control, Hazardous materials management, Environment plan, Isolation, Escape Route, Waste management, Air quality, Noise control, Social responsibility, Disaster management.
2. Participate in HAZOP and HAZID reviews.
3. Act as the HSE main lead and interface for the O&M development project.
4. Review and comment on all the HSE procedures provided by the Construction Contractor during the unit development and construction.
5. Prepare the Operation and Maintenance annual service HSE recommendations and instructions.
6. Actively contribute to the O&M development project success.
7. Support the Operation and Maintenance project manager for any HSE topics.
8. Have several years of experience in HSE documentation writing and validation.
9. Have experience in petrochemical units.
