Qualifications

  • 2-4 ans d'expérience en HSE dans un environnement international.
  • Certificat IRCA Lead Auditor en ISO14001 et ISO45001 est un plus.
  • Compétences en développement et mise en œuvre des processus HSE.

Responsabilités

  • Activités terrain dans les bureaux, entrepôts et services.
  • Créer des documents HSE locaux (évaluations des risques, plans HSE).
  • Fournir expertise en enquêtes d'incidents et analyses de causes profondes.
  • Effectuer des visites et inspections de site.
  • Promouvoir une culture de zéro incident.

To support the rapid development of Vestas in France, the HSE department is recruiting a Service HSE Coordinator for the broader South region (encompassing Rhone valley, Auvergne, and part of Occitanie regions).

The QHSE department is responsible for maintaining and promoting a high level of quality in a safe environment for employees, suppliers, and clients.

As HSE coordinator, you will play a vital role across all sectors of the company (maintenance, construction, sales, transport, research and development) and in supporting and controlling departments to achieve the operational professional standards desired by the VESTAS group.

Responsibilities

You will be in charge of :

  • Field activities in offices, warehouses, and services (60%)
  • Creating local HSE documents (risk assessments, HSE plans, emergency response plans, customer-specific procedures, etc.)
  • Providing expertise and support to operations in incident and hazardous observation investigations and root cause analysis
  • Performing site visits and inspections
  • Supporting the development of a "zero incident culture"
  • Supporting HSE matters related to the country
  • Participating in tender processes (preparing HSE documentation) and contract review from an HSE perspective
  • Assisting with staff organization tasks
  • Performing and following up on internal audits at SU and SBU levels
  • Developing and supporting the implementation of processes and procedures, including hearing processes
  • Providing HSE expertise to customer support regarding HSE issues

Qualifications

  • BAC+2 to BAC+3 in HSE
  • 2-4 years of experience in HSE within an international environment
  • IRCA Lead Auditor certification in ISO14001 and ISO45001 is an advantage; in-depth knowledge of HSE standards, best practices, ISO standards, concepts, processes, and procedures
  • Experience in contractor/subcontractor sustainability management, including mobilization/demobilization, prequalification, and post-work assessments; hazard assessment, risk assessments, incident investigation, and root cause analysis expertise
  • Experience in developing and implementing HSE processes and procedures, conducting inspections and audits
  • Good communication skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong interpersonal, computer, presentation, and collaboration skills; willingness to travel across the country
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in a professional environment
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Commitment to quality, good time management, and reporting skills
