Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst to support an ongoing HRSD project at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. The role requires translating HR requirements into functional specifications and working closely with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and project leads to deliver effective HRSD solutions.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, modeling workflows, and facilitating workshops to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst – Freelance Contract

Location: Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, France (3 days onsite per week)
Contract: Initial 6 months, rolling
Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Business Analyst to support an ongoing ServiceNow project at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. The successful candidate will work closely with HR stakeholders, technical teams and project leads to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document HR business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories.

• Work with HR stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

• Support the design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including HR workflows, case management and employee service delivery.

• Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

• Support backlog refinement, UAT, test scenario development and defect resolution.

• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and architects to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
