Qualifications

• Expérience dans la gestion de projet SIRH ou HRIS.
• Connaissance de SAP SuccessFactors est un plus.

• Former la communauté des super utilisateurs et assurer un bon niveau de connaissance.

The HRIS project manager, in relation with the local Super Users, ensures the maintenance of HR tools to guarantee reliable systems that reflect our Group HR processes. He / she also leads HRIS projects to deliver new services.

As HRIS project manager, your main missions will be:

1. Support HR managers on the different processes / campaigns managed in the tool (Smile / Success Factors).
2. Provide business support to end-users on existing tools.
3. Work in close collaboration with IT technical teams to ensure:
1. The correct treatment of technical issues by clearly specifying incidents.
2. A setting of the tools that fits business needs and ensure the smooth running of HR processes.

Animate the Super Users community:

1. Train the community and ensure a good level of tools’ knowledge (face-to-face training, webinars, creation of digital learning modules...).
2. Communicate the required information (news, highlights - campaigns...) and best practices.
3. Co-animate SMILE committees and “Focus Group” sessions (working sessions with volunteer super users on specific issues).

Ensure accurate and relevant level of data:

1. Manage data consistency audits and ensure the required corrections in relation with the super users.
2. Ensure, in relation with the IT teams, good interfaces between the tools and right transmission of information.

Manage HRIS projects:

1. Collect business need and write the functional specification.
2. Build the project planning.
3. Lead the actions (IT / Super users’ coordination).
4. Manage / Support the business during the test phase.
5. Lead Change Management: training, communication, assistance, documentation.

Profile sought:

1. Experience in SIRH / HRIS.
2. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors would be a plus.
3. Organised and solutions orientated with a customer focused mindset.
