As an HRIS Talent Management Project Lead, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to talent management systems, specifically focusing on Oracle HCM solution. Your role encompasses various aspects of project management.
You will be in charge of activity for the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules :
- Talent & Performance
- Learning
- Project Planning and Execution : Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion within budget and the involvement of all resources needed.
- Stakeholder Management : Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
- Technology Monitoring : Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and updates related to Oracle HCM solution and other market trend. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance system performance, user experience and efficiency.
- Facilitation : Serve as a facilitator to streamline processes and resolve conflicts. Ensure all parties are informed, engaged, and working towards common goals.
- Communicate : Embark the different HR stakeholders on the tool functionalities by training them on new features or process improvement.
Your ability to manage complex projects, foster strong relationships with partners, and stay abreast of technological trends will be crucial to the success of the talent management initiatives.
This mission encompasses :
- ensuring annual campaigns are well prepared, run smoothly and improve along the way.
- partnering with process owners, HRIS team and other stakeholders to refine processes and design change management to maximize user appropriation.
- collaborating with IT and 3rd parties to guarantee a coherent and efficient integration of functional and technical needs.
- monitoring & examining new features / releases and new requests to challenge and study the opportunity to integrate them in the system
- study, test and integrate Oracle releases for your modules
Key duties and responsibilities
Be the reference contact (trusted partner) of process owners
- build a trustful and customer-focus relationship
- provide them with support to maximize their understanding of processes and tools (reach out to IT or 3rd party when needed)
- co-build change management materials to ensure end-user appropriation
- feed a continuous improvement loop to refine the employee and manager experience
- keep up with market practices and trends to be forward-looking when discussing opportunities to integrate new features
Ensure proactive preparation (including framing, planning and change management) and smooth execution of business as usual
- talent & performance annual campaign (annual evaluation, set of goals and action plans)
- career conversations annual campaign
- 2nd level of support for the HR Community
- Oracle release management
Examine evolution requests and Oracle releases
- analyse impacts on the modules in your scope
- co-analyse impacts on the other HRIS components (other modules, processes, reportings…)
- identify automation / digitization opportunities
- include potential data protection, GDPR and security requirements
- check that interfaces (integration with SCOR’s IT ecosystem) are not impacted
- propose planning, in respect with the global HRIS roadmap
- discuss with and get approval of process owners
Co-)Lead the selected projects
- onboard and coordinate all stakeholders (process owner, other HR contributors both global and local, IT, 3rd party)
- drive, challenge and support the requirements description to make sure they are clear, understood by all stakeholders, and consistent with related processes
- manage planning and budget, pace progress, and escalate alerts if any
- embark all change management aspects, starting from tests preparation until post GO Live feedback collection through training and communication
- close the loop with a retrospective meeting involving all stakeholders
Required experience & competencies
- 5 years of experience in HRIS project manager / consultant role
- Participation in a deployment of a global HRIS solutionon Saas mode with different modules
- Oracle HCM solution knowledge particularly on Talent Management and Learning.
Required Education
Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability and willingness to work in a collaborative environment across multiple stakeholders in multiple countries and business domains
- Excellent organization skills - Ability to frame, prioritize, plan, monitor, adapt to handle changes (either chosen or imposed) and alert when needed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to analyze data, and develop constructive recommendations and action plans
- Change management - Ability to communicate and mobilize teams through change
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Word, PowerPoint, HRIS tool (Oracle HCM)
- Knowledge on a Saas HRIS with different modules (ideally Oracle HCM)
- Knowledge on state of the art HR processes and process design
