Join us as an HRIS & Analytics Apprentice to support our People Systems team in enhancing data quality, analytics, and operations at Qonto. You'll play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization while learning the fundamentals of HR information systems and analytics in a fast-growing fintech environment.

As an HRIS & Analytics Apprentice at Qonto, you will:
Reporting & Dashboards: Consolidate data in Gsheet/Excel for specific analyses and bring modifications to Workday reports.
Support & Ticketing: Monitor ticket queues daily, triage incoming requests, and respond to frequent questions using templates or guides.
Documentation & Guides: Keep HRIS process documentation up to date in Notion, create step-by-step guides for basic Workday tasks, and help document Workday configurations.
Project & Testing Support: Meet with People team stakeholders to gather specifications for new reports and features, help test new Workday functionalities, and support data cleanups or migrations when needed.
What you can expect:
Team Context: You'll join our People Systems team, which is responsible for maintaining and optimizing our HR systems infrastructure. You'll work in a collaborative environment where continuous learning is encouraged and your contributions will have a direct impact on the efficiency of our People operations.
Tools & Technologies: You'll gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools including Workday (our core HRIS) and Google Workspace for data analysis and collaboration.
Learning Opportunities: You'll develop skills in HR data analytics, system administration, and process optimization while working alongside experienced professionals who are committed to your growth.
Diverse Projects: From routine data maintenance to contributing to new feature implementations, you'll be exposed to a wide range of tasks that will help you build a strong foundation in HRIS and analytics.
Your future manager: Your manager will be Mélodie Moulin, who leads our People Systems team at Qonto. Mélodie brings expertise in HRIS management and people analytics, and is committed to creating an environment where team members can develop their technical and analytical skills. She values attention to detail and a collaborative approach to work.
About You:
Data Comfort: You're rigorous and comfortable with data manipulation using tools like Excel and Google Sheets. You have a methodical approach to organizing information and a keen eye for detail.
Technical Aptitude: You have a basic understanding of or interest in learning about HR systems and data analytics. You're eager to develop technical skills in tools like Workday.
Problem-Solving: You enjoy finding solutions to challenges and have a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
Proactive Attitude: You're not afraid of rolling up your sleeves to tackle repetitive tasks and are motivated to learn and contribute to the team's success.
Interest in HR: While prior experience in HR is a plus, a genuine interest in HR, systems and data analytics is essential for success in this role.
