WFS EMEAA is actively seeking an administrator for its new Human Resources Information System based on SuccessFactors (“My HR Portal”), to manage day-to-day activities in relation to end users and WFS EMEAA integration, ensuring various aspects of the system operate without errors.

This includes proper management of the system and its processes, as well as keeping the system optimized for user efficiency. Activities range from simple tasks like updating picklists and importing data to complex projects like planning enhancements or rolling out new features in collaboration with the product management team.

Scope: Core HR; Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, and LMS modules.

MISSIONS :

Tactical Activities:

  • Operational activities to ensure system and process continuity, such as:
  • Updating employee announcements on the Home Page or in Work Zone
  • Managing proxy access and role-based permissions
  • Launching annual campaigns like performance forms or compensation planning
  • Creating or modifying reports and dashboards
  • Purging data for privacy and compliance, e.g., GDPR
  • Making configuration changes, such as adding fields or adjusting business rules, after impact analysis
  • Creating or importing data

Strategic Activities:

  • Establishing a roadmap for enhancements, new rollouts, and features
  • Defining synchronization strategies between instances
  • Reviewing integration performance and opportunities for automation
  • Developing testing protocols for critical processes
  • Setting user adoption goals and managing campaigns
  • Conducting Train-the-Trainer or Train-the-User programs
  • Managing biannual releases, assessing impacts, and implementing changes with a business case

PROFIL :

  • Strong communication skills for effective cross-team interaction
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Decision-maker and team player experienced with small teams and external partners
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively based on project needs
  • Fluent in English with strong social skills to engage senior managers
  • 6-8 years of experience in business process modeling using BPMN or UML
  • Proficiency with Visio, Enterprise Architect, or similar tools
  • Experience in market research for application support
  • Skills in eliciting and documenting user and business requirements
  • Experience with gap analysis and software/technology trials
  • SDLC experience focusing on functional and non-functional design, quality management, vendor management, and support models
