WFS EMEAA is actively seeking an administrator for its new Human Resources Information System based on SuccessFactors (“My HR Portal”), to manage day-to-day activities in relation to end users and WFS EMEAA integration, ensuring various aspects of the system operate without errors.
This includes proper management of the system and its processes, as well as keeping the system optimized for user efficiency. Activities range from simple tasks like updating picklists and importing data to complex projects like planning enhancements or rolling out new features in collaboration with the product management team.
Scope: Core HR; Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, and LMS modules.
