HRBP IT and Finance (H/F)

IMERYS is the world leader in mineral-based speciality solutions for the industry. We

transform a unique range of minerals to deliver essential functions to our customers’

products and manufacturing process.

We are seeking to fill our talent pipeline with our internship program.

Missions :

General HRBP supporting IT and Finance functions focusing on:

• Follow-up on various HR processes (onboarding, compensation review, performance etc)
• Follow-up HR KPIs (headcount, internal mobilities…)
• Collecting Training Needs, preparing Training Budget and coordinating implementation and
• budget follow up with local HRs
• Coordinate the needs and recruitment for apprentices in IT, Finance
• Contribute to transversal projects.

Profil :

• Business Administration degree with Human Resources Management studies
• Fluent in English, French is a strong plus
• Ability to work with different stakeholders and in an international environment
• Very good knowledge of Google suite, good data analysis skills is a plus
• Team player, Independent, Flexible, Well organized
