【Job Information】

1. Job Title: HRBP Intern

2. Office Location: 22 Avn. Matignon, Paris, France

3. Internship Duration: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, for at least 3 months

【Key Responsibilities】

1. Support HRBP

  • Assist in department-specific HR activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and career development discussions.
  • Analyze departmental workforce data, such as turnover, recruitment effectiveness, and employee engagement, providing insights for decision-making.

2. Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including employee information, recruitment data, and training records.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to HR activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.

【Qualifications】

  • Currently enrolled full-time university student or holding a job-seeking visa in France.
  • Relevant HRBP internship or experience is a plus.
  • No more than 2 years of work experience.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel.
  • Proficiency in Chinese; French language skills are a significant advantage.
