As the key HR contact in France, you will oversee employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and onboarding , while ensuring compliance with French labor laws.In this role, you’ll collaborate with managers and employees to drive engagement, culture-building, and HR process improvements . Working in a fast-paced, international environment, you’ll play a vital role in aligning HR policies across Europe and integrating new employees into our team.HR Advisory & Employee Relations: Act as the primary HR point of contact for all French employees and managers, providing guidance on performance management, grievances, compliance, and engagement initiatives.Manage the full employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, background checks, system enrollments (expense system, meal vouchers, etc.), Training & Development: Implement and facilitate training programs for management, leadership, talent development, health & safety, and learning management systems (LMS).Compensation & Benefits: Ensure payroll accuracy and timely salary payments while overseeing benefits administration and compliance with tax regulations and company policies.HR Systems & Compliance: Maintain HR data accuracy in HiBob and ensure compliance with French labor laws and company HR policies.Recruitment & Employer Branding: Support hiring efforts, ensuring a seamless recruitment process while strengthening nLighten’s employer brand in France.Assist in the integration of new entities and employees into nLighten’s European HR framework, ensuring consistency in policies and processes.Stakeholder Management: Partner with leadership, employees, and external vendors to drive HR excellence across the French entity and, as needed, support HR operations in other European locations (e.g., Strong knowledge of French labor law and HR best practices.~ Experience working with an HR Information System (HiBob preferred but not mandatory).~ Fluency in English is required ; strong proficiency in French is highly preferred for legal and documentation purposes.~ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .~ Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills .~ Be part of a growing, innovative company shaping the future of digital infrastructure.Drive impactful HR initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment.Opportunity for professional growth and development in a cutting-edge industry.Apply now and be part of our journey toward a more connected, efficient, and sustainable digital future.
