Location : To maintain close proximity to the Trust & Ethics community, the position is located in Suresnes - France, wheremost managers and employees are based.
MAIN MISSIONS
Reporting directly to the Global People Development and T&E HR Director based in Suresnes (France), this unique position offers the opportunity to work across two key pillars : HR Business Partner (HRBP) responsibilities and strategic HR projects.
HR Business Partner Scope (70%)
As an HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and delivering impactful solutions to support the success of the Trust & Ethics Division , which includes Legal, Communication & Public Affairs, Quality & Environment, Risk, and Security.
Your mission is to build trusted relationships with leaders and employees while implementing Group HR strategies tailored to the organizational objectives. The focus will be on aligning people practices with the business needs, fostering development, and creating a dynamic workforce environment.
HRBP Responsibilities :
Collaborate with leadership teams to propose HR solutions, design organization structures, and implement relevant development initiatives .
Provide operational HR support for managers and employees, including managing individual relations, monitoring budgets, conducting engagement initiatives such as Your Voice , and driving DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives.
HR Projects Scope (30%)
Beyond your HRBP responsibilities, you will act as a key contributor to strategic HR projects that require a blend of HR expertise, strong methodology, and a deep understanding of business challenges.
HR Project Responsibilities :
Be actively involved in the design, development, and implementation of HR programs or initiatives in alignment with the Group's long-term strategy.
Manage projects that drive organizational effectiveness and contribute to enhancing overall employee experience and performance.
Through this dual responsibility, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of HR initiatives within a dynamic, fast-paced, and global environment and to work closely with the HR Leadership Team.
