YOUR MISSION

HR Development Partner (HRBP)

  • Foster the development of competencies to optimize individual and collective performance, aligned with the company's short- and long-term requirements.
  • Support managers and team members on all HR processes, leveraging the HR network as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with personnel policies, respecting people, professional mobility, management quality, and internal group rules, legal regulations, and company agreements. Handle recourse requests and provide resolutions.
Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer East Asia & Oceania
  • Lead transformative DEI initiatives impacting 16,000 employees across several countries (Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Australia, etc.).
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

HR Development Partner (HRBP)

  • Support managers in all processes related to team development.
  • Advise employees on their professional paths and competency development upon request.
  • Maintain proactive relationships with employees in talent pools regarding their career development.
  • Manage succession pools and plans to ensure timely staffing of critical roles.
  • Assist managers in enhancing their managerial skills.
  • Support and guarantee internal professional mobility.
  • Ensure adherence to personnel policies, internal rules, and regulations.
  • Handle recourse cases fairly and completely, maintaining employee confidence in the HR process.
Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer East Asia & Oceania
  • Implement the Group DEI Policy and establish governance and ownership at each country/site.
  • Prioritize DEI initiatives, steer progress, and execute actions across countries.
  • Promote a culture of respect and DEI in the workplace.
WHO ARE YOU?

Solid HR background with 5-8 years of experience

Skills in Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and People Development

Soft skills in active listening, impact and influence, teamwork, and collaboration

Fluency in both English and Thai

Experience working in a multinational company
