Planet Pharma is currently working with a growing medical device company that is looking for an experienced HR professional to support recruitment and team building.

In this role, you will collaborate with the team in France to serve as a strategic advisor and operational executor for human resources and recruitment. You will work closely with business leaders to attract, retain, and develop employees while ensuring compliance with French employment regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Driving full-cycle recruitment across all business units, including commercial, regulatory, R&D, etc.
  2. Partnering with hiring managers to define recruitment requirements and strategies
  3. Managing candidate experience throughout the process
  4. Supporting employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, career development, internal mobility, and exit strategies
  5. Handling employee relations with confidentiality and care

The ideal candidate will have:
