Vous serez un conseiller stratégique et exécutant opérationnel, collaborant avec des leaders d'entreprise pour attirer et développer les talents, tout en garantissant la conformité avec les réglementations du travail françaises. Qualifications

• Expérience significative en ressources humaines, en particulier dans le recrutement.
• Connaissance approfondie du droit du travail français.
• Expérience de travail avec des dispositifs médicaux orthopédiques ou de remplacement de valve souhaitée.

Responsabilités

• Conduire le recrutement complet pour toutes les unités commerciales.
• Collaborer avec les responsables pour définir les besoins de recrutement et la stratégie.
• Gérer les problèmes de relations avec les employés de manière confidentielle.

Connaissances

Expérience en ressources humaines

Connaissance de la législation du travail française

Expérience dans le secteur des dispositifs médicaux

HRBP and Talent Acquisition - Growing Medical Device Company - France

Planet Pharma is currently working with a growing medical device company who is looking for an experienced HR professional who is able to support recruitment and build a team.

As part of this role you will be working with the team in France to serve as a strategic advisor and operational executor for both human resources and recruitment. You will work closely with business leaders to attract, retain and develop employees whilst ensuring compliance with French employments regulations. You will also be responsible for :

• Driving full-cycle recruitment for all business units across the company including (but not limited to) commercial, regulatory, R&D etc.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment requirements and strategy
• Manage employee relation matters with confidentiality and care

For this position, our client is looking for someone who has :

• Extensive HR experience, with recruitment experience in the medical devices industry
• Strong knowledge of French labor law
• Experience working with orthopaedic or valve replacement medical devices
