Le candidat idéal possède une solide expérience en ressources humaines, notamment dans le secteur des dispositifs médicaux, et une connaissance approfondie du droit du travail français.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR experience with recruitment experience in the medical devices industry.
• Strong knowledge of French labor law.
• Experience working with orthopaedic or valve replacement medical devices.

HRBP and Talent Acquisition - Growing Medical Device Company - France

Planet Pharma is currently working with a growing medical device company who is looking for an experienced HR professional who is able to support recruitment and build a team.

As part of this role you will be working with the team in France to serve as a strategic advisor and operational executor for both human resources and recruitment. You will work closely with business leaders to attract, retain and develop employees whilst ensuring compliance with French employments regulations. You will also be responsible for :

• Driving full-cycle recruitment for all business units across the company including (but not limited to) commercial, regulatory, R&D etc.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment requirements and strategy
• Manage employee relation matters with confidentiality and care
