We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders and frontline managers, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand operational goals and deliver HR strategies that support performance, productivity, and employee engagement.
  2. Workforce Planning: Support headcount planning, recruitment coordination, and talent pipeline development aligned with business needs.
  3. Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  4. Performance & Talent Management: Lead performance review cycles, identify high-potential talent, and support leadership development initiatives.
  5. Change Management: Support organizational changes including restructures, expansions, and process optimization projects.
  6. Data & Reporting: Maintain and analyze HR data to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, HR best practices, and workforce management in operational settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and manage HR projects independently.
  • Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are highly preferred.
