What you'll do:

  • Support the People & Culture (HR) team with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring efficient HR operations across multiple departments and locations.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Help onboard new employees and maintain accurate personnel records and HR databases to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Participate in organizing employee training, workshops, and engagement activities to foster an inclusive company culture.
  • Contribute to the preparation of HR documentation, reporting, and compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.

What we're looking for:

  • You’re a student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or similar.
  • You’re curious, organized, and have strong communication skills.
  • You’re fluent in English and comfortable in an international environment.
  • You’re proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions.
  • Previous internship experience is a plus, but not required.
