The OECD, in cooperation with the IEA, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator and Project Manager to drive HR administration, talent development projects and procurement initiatives within a multinational context in Paris.

The role reports to the IEA Senior Staff Resources Advisor and collaborates closely with the HR, Finance and Procurement units. Open-ended contract with strong focus on efficiency and reform in staff administration.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in HR management or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in a similar HR role with learning, change management and procurement coordination.
• Experience designing HR processes to improve efficiency and KPI delivery.
• Strong planning, organisation and cross‑cultural collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of OECD staff rules and international environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead talent management and organisational efficiency projects aligned with priorities.
• Coordinate training planning, execution and stakeholder engagement across the Agency.
• Develop and implement HR guidelines, tools and change management initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment campaigns and employment-related processes with HR officers.
• Provide advisory support on HR policies and workflows to internal clients.
