OECD is hiring an HR Coordinator and Project Manager to oversee HR day-to-day staff administration for the IEA within the OECD. The role collaborates with the HRM, Finance, and procurement teams to drive talent development and HR reform, coordinating with external providers as needed.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR management, with strong planning, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge of OECD policies.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in HR management or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar HR management role.
• Experience designing and implementing learning and change management programmes.

Responsabilités

• Project management of Talent Management and Organisational Efficiency initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate HR staff actions across the agency ensuring timely delivery and policy compliance.
• Analyse HR processes and redesign workflows to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Manage day-to-day HR coordination for programmes such as Young Associates and Junior Professional Officer.
