Our client is a British technology company on a mission to protect and save lives by making innovative home safety products that are simple and accessible. Their aim is to revolutionize the way business is conducted in its chosen business segments. The business is a leading provider of smoke, heat, and carbon monoxide detectors to the retail and trade sectors both in the UK and Europe.

We are seeking a highly passionate International Marketing Executive to work with our International Marketing Manager and growing marketing team. This is a fast-paced and highly collaborative role in which you will be supporting the International Sales Team, Sales Director, and Marketing functions. The role is collaborative and crucial in developing the brand across France, Germany, and Benelux, continuing customer growth across all channels.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Work under the direction of the Trade Marketing Manager to help reach the company’s marketing goals and objectives.
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, blogs, eBooks, and video content.
  • Write and proofread copy.
  • Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions.
  • Digital:
  • Manage rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to the website (developing and reviewing blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Grow new leads including marketing-qualified leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Optimise our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email content and social channels.
  • Ensure the website is kept up to date including industry news, product blogs, etc.
  • Manage the company’s email marketing campaigns.
  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Keep up to date with changes and advances in social media and advise on new channels and approaches to adopt.

Requirements

Required:

  • Experience in similar marketing activities.
  • French and English language skills, both conversational and written.
  • Highly creative individual with excellent eye for detail.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills to support pitching strategies to key stakeholders across the business.
  • Worldwide independent travel is a must with a full valid passport required.
  • You will need to be methodical, meticulous, and organized.

  • Marketing education award in relevant field e.g., CIM, MBA, etc.
  • Further languages (Spanish, Dutch, and German, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, and key stakeholders.
