Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The (Site) HR Business Partner supports aligning the FORVIA people strategy with local business needs. You will act as an administrative HR expert and trusted partner for the FORVIA employees in your area. You are the strategic partner for your business stakeholders, focusing on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering results.

  • Act as a trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your area
  • Manage organizational structure and recruitment processes
  • Handle operational administrative tasks related to HR topics
  • Implement local and global HR initiatives like employee surveys, employer branding, employee events, and change projects
  • Coordinate external HR service providers
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and employee development processes
  • Prepare reports and analyses
  • Coordinate and conduct employee evaluations and bonus processes
  • Participate in audits and controls related to HR areas
  • Collaborate closely with workers' councils or unions if applicable
Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level:

  • BA / BSc in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
  • MA / MSc preferred

Professional Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in an operational HR role
  • Understanding of organizational topics in an industrial setting
  • Knowledge of local HR legislation
  • Strong business partner skills with a consultant mindset

Skills and competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in the local language and good English skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with HR management systems like SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
