The company is expanding its operations in France to support its growing portfolio of new electric passenger cars and light commercial vehicles (LCVs) projects.

About the Role:
As part of our growth, we are recruiting a Senior HR Specialist to support our business in France. The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience in France, bringing their HR skills, knowledge of HR policies, and enthusiasm for HR careers to propose and implement HR solutions at the national level.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and update employee-related documents such as offers and contracts in accordance with French labor laws, collective agreements, and industry standards.
  2. Coordinate with the payroll provider, ensure accurate mutation data, verify payslip accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
  3. Develop and improve employee relationship management, handle labor union and employee incident cases, including conflicts and disputes.
  4. Manage visa and residence permit applications, monitor statuses, and inform relevant parties promptly.
  5. Coordinate with local governments, law firms, and institutions, providing necessary information or materials to support business operations.
  6. Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies, manage health insurance and welfare contract renewals within our scope.
  7. Support other HR functions such as recruitment and employee care.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Law, or related fields.
  2. Minimum of 5 years HR experience, especially in employee relations and compensation.
  3. Strong knowledge of French labor laws and HR practices.
  4. Proficiency in handling numerical data and computer tools.
  5. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  6. Fluent in French and English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
